08/09/2009 Incredible, Diamond tried to sell my daughter a policy that had gone up £80 despite her gaining a further years NCB. Confused.com saved her £200 by placing the policy with elephant, the sister company! Diamond tried to charge £22.50 for automatic renewal and then cancellation, they finally conceeded that one!. Incidently my daughter saved £100 of the above by adding me to her policy as a driver, her alone on policy £425 me (45 year old Dad) added to policy £325..work that one out !
