12/12/2009 Same to report as the comment dated 16/07/2009 - harshly worded demand for money arriving (conveniently so?) outside the free cancellation period. Definitely a company in my opinion to avoid! Have yet to speak to a real person on the phone yet, will be interesting to see what they have to say for themselves
