Currently with MoreThan car insurance you can get one month's free cover in the first year and two months free in the second year and two months free motor cover every year after that unless you make a claim. This is above and beyond the discounts you get for your no claims bonus which with More Than goes all the way up to a respectable 65% discount. They do offer to protect your no claims bonus with the usual features. They have created a special service for women's car insurance. MoreTh>n's insurance for women includes extra services such as priority emergency cover if you are travelling alone or with children, vehicle history checks, free replacement child car seats after an accident and 'female friendly garages' ... though we're not sure what that means. If you're female there are many, many insurers out there with special offers but make sure the quote you get is actually cheaper than if you went with a standard policy. With your car insurance you can attach breakdown cover and receive a huge discount off the annual charge for the rescue service which is the largest discount we have seen so far when adding this type of cover to your policy. There are four levels of breakdown assistance you can purchase from More Th>n depending on whether you just want to be covered for breaking down on the UK's roads, whether you want to be covered at home (failure to start etc.) and whether you want to be covered for travelling to Europe.

08/06/2010 Avoid this company. Took a policy last year with more than with 9 years protected no claims discount. At the time of taking the policy i received a letter asking for proof of no claims discount and they required the original docs, i forward this to them in the envelope provide. One year on I'm moving away from more than due to bumping the policy by £150 and I've received a letter stating I now have 5 years no claims discount. After speaking on 4 separate calls over a period of 3 weeks to different overseas call centres and giving my old policy details over the phone multiple times I'm no further forward. Can never speak with anyone in the UK. If I hadn't photocopied by old policy I would now to totally stuck losing 5 years discount...
