08/06/2010 Been trying to get my proof of no claims discount and finding it infuriating. On hold every time I call and for longer than I remember with any other switchboard system at any other company. The original letter which was obviously automated was missing the actual number of years from the key sentence stating something like "you have years no claims discount". Next letter was exactly the same. Just demanded a manual/hand written letter so we'll see what arrives.
