Compensation Culture Britain says - "Get 'em started young!": >>>> A 3 year old boy who was attacked by another toddler in a car has won the right to ask for compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. Jay Williams was hit on the head by another boy with a car jack when they were left alone in a car. He received a serious head wound which required stitches. While the other boy was never prosecuted due to his age, Jay's parents had to prove the act was deliberate. The case had been heard by CICA twice before it was agreed they could proceed. The ruling could open the floodgates for more compensation claims to the taxpayer-funded CICA involving childhood fights and accidents.

The Home Office have reported an increase in home thefts of 2.8%, while insurance claims have fallen by 13% during the first part of this year. Sainsburys also revealed that 1 million customers had cancelled their home insurance policies with them this year.

His contract contains a clause which states he must not engage in activities which might affect his ability to play. While the clause does not specify motorbikes, the accident could still affect his insurance claim.
